        一、氨基硅烷偶聯(lián)劑測(cè)定概述

        硅烷偶聯(lián)劑的應(yīng)用大致可歸納為三個(gè)方面:表面處理能改善玻璃纖維和樹脂的粘合性能,大大提高玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的強(qiáng)度、電氣、抗水、抗氣候等性能,即使在濕態(tài)時(shí),它對(duì)復(fù)合材料機(jī)械性能的提高,效果也十分顯著。在玻璃纖維中使用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑已相當(dāng)普遍,用于這一方面的硅烷偶聯(lián)劑約占其消耗總量的50%,其中用得較多的品種是乙烯基硅烷、氨基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷等。填充塑料可預(yù)先對(duì)填料進(jìn)行表面處理,也可直接加入樹脂中。能改善填料在樹脂中的分散性及粘合力,改善無機(jī)填料與樹脂之間的相容性,改善工藝性能和提高填充塑料(包括橡膠Chemicalbook)的機(jī)械、電學(xué)和耐氣候等性能。用作密封劑、粘接劑和涂料的增粘劑能提高它們的粘接強(qiáng)度、耐水、耐氣候等性能。硅烷偶聯(lián)劑往往可以解決某些材料長(zhǎng)期以來無法粘接的難題。硅烷偶聯(lián)劑作為增粘劑的作用原理在于它本身有兩種基團(tuán);一種基團(tuán)可以和被粘的骨架材料結(jié)合;而另一種基團(tuán)則可以與高分子材料或粘接劑結(jié)合,從而在粘接界面形成強(qiáng)力較高的化學(xué)鍵,大大改善了粘接強(qiáng)度。硅烷偶聯(lián)劑的應(yīng)用一般有三種方法:一是作為骨架材料的表面處理劑;二是加入到粘接劑中,三是直接加入到高分子材料中。從充分發(fā)揮其效能和降低成本的角度出發(fā),前兩種方法較好。

        二、氨基硅烷偶聯(lián)劑測(cè)定執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

        三、分析原理

        試樣通過微量注射器注入,并被載氣帶入色譜柱,使各組分得到分離,用氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)。 采用面積歸一法計(jì)算氨基硅烷偶聯(lián)劑及雜質(zhì)的含量。

        四、儀器配置及材料

        儀器:GC2020氣相色譜儀 氫焰檢測(cè)器(FID) 滕州中科譜。

        色譜工作站   ZKP-2020色譜工作站 雙通道(電腦、打印機(jī)自配)

        氫氣發(fā)生器   HK-3  氫氣流量300ml/min

        空氣發(fā)生器   AK-2  空氣流量2000ml/min

        高純氮?dú)怃撈?nbsp;    40L   氮?dú)饬髁?00ml/min

        乙二醇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液(滕州中科譜提供)

        四、色譜條件

         毛細(xì)管柱:30m*0.32mm*0.5um

         柱    溫:150℃(5min) to 280℃ at10℃/min (10min)

         檢測(cè)器:280℃  氣化:280℃   進(jìn)樣量:0.4ul
